The MSG have purchased many items since 1995 to facilitate music making within the college.

1995

• Refurbishing 2 pianos.

2000

• 5 Black cat Music stands

• TV and Video Recorder for Music Room L1
• Part payment for orchestral Xylophone

2001

• £3000 loan accepted as part payment for Main Hall Grand Piano
• Hardware to set up 2 new computer workstations
• Fabric Cover and A frame for Grand Piano

2002

• 5 site licence for Cubase software
• 3 midi keyboards and comport leads
• 2 new Yamaha keyboards
• Site Licence for Sibelius 2 software
• Upgrade for existing Sibelius software

2003

• Final £1,500 payment for main Hall Grand Piano

2004

• £4,500 loan accepted for repayment for Percussion Instrument purchases, including Orchestral Xylophone, Vibraphone, Bass Drum, Congas, Snare Drum, and various hand held percussion.

2005

• Further repayment of percussion project loan. (£2,500)

2006

• Final payment of percussion project loan.

2007

• Refurbishment of 2 upright pianos in music classrooms
• £300 donated towards purchase of 10 Black Cat music stands
